2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.Pricing is based on the specifications agreed upon. Any changes requested after acceptance of the quotation may result in additional costs.VAT and other applicable taxes will be clearly indicated where applicable.

 

3. Payments

A deposit of 70% is required before work commences.The balance must be paid upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month until fully settled.Materials remain the property of Profit Ceilings and Partitioning until full payment is received.

 

4. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines will be provided but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply delays, weather, client changes).We will keep the client informed of any delays.

 

5. Warranties and Liability

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, neglect, or alterations made by third parties.Liability is limited to the value of the specific contract.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure site access, safety, and readiness for work to commence.The client must obtain all necessary permissions, permits, or approvals required for the project unless agreed otherwise.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has begun.Refunds (if applicable) will be at the Company’s discretion.

 

8. Intellectual Property
